VGI Global Media Plc (VGI), Offline-to-Online (O2O) solutions provideracross advertising, payment and logistics platforms, announced today its newlyformed joint venture (JV) named VGI AnyMind Technology Co., Ltd. with AnyMindGroup, an AI solutions provider for the advertising, influencer marketing andhuman resource industries. The JV’s foundation comprises VGI’s OOH media inventories,Rabbit’s data and AnyMind Group’s AI-based technology and digital platform.This will allow the joint venture to offer products that combine the power ofdata optimization and advertising spaces to the market. The partnership extendsVGI’s offering in the increasingly important market segment of digitalout-of-home media and leveraging AnyMind Group’s technology and digitalplatform to deliver performance-driven, dynamic and highly-targeted ads offlineand online – creating a seamless O2O customer journey.

In the definitive agreements, VGI will invest THB 1 million, equivalent toa 49% stake in the Joint Venture after a closure of AnyMind Group’s Series BPlus round at US$8 million on 20 Mar 2019, bringing AnyMind Group’s Series Btotal to US$21.4 million and total current funding to US$35.9 million. The newinvestors include VGI and Tokyo Century Corporation, a Japanese financialservices company.
