Grab has partnered with VGI and DemoPower to organize activities on BTS in order to reach the target market and promote the use of Grab application. Grab has chosen to organize activities on BTS since it is regarded as one of the primary target markets of Grab. Likewise, it will also serve as an alternative option for passengers who intend to commute from BTS stations. Grab integrated the O2O strategy with the use of activation in order to reach its target market and influence consumers to download Grab application. Such strategic integration resulted in a higher number of daily registrations according to the predetermined target.
