The accolades include a Gold award for Use of Audio; 4 Silver awards for Innovative Use of Media, Innovative Use of Audio, Guerrilla Marketing & Stunts and Corporate Purpose and Social Responsibility; and 7 Bronze awards for AD That Works (Effective Communication), Use of Print & Outdoor, Experience & Activation (Product & Service, Sponsorship & Brand Partnership), Non-Traditional Billboard & Transit, Public Relations Plan (Sponsorship & Brand Partnership) and Radio & Audio (Corporate Purpose and Social Responsibility).

“Whoscall The Safety Station” campaign aimed to raise public awareness about scammers through easy to understand and memorable content. Utilising the BTS transit advertisement platform as the channel of communication, the campaign adopted customization techniques to create tailored content for 24 BTS stations across Bangkok and vicinity, cleverly curating the train announcements with unique messages directed at different target audiences according to the time of day and station, for instance, “National Stadium Station, the Whole Nation Will be Safe from Call Center Gangs” or “Nana Station, Brothers, Aunts and Uncles, Let’s Be Aware of Scammers.” The campaign’s success is an impressive example of the power of DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) media, combined with ingenuity of advertisers, in producing great impact awareness.
