VGI Clarification of SEC Announcement in relation to Certain Shareholders

VGI Public Company Limited (the “Company”) refers to the news release by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), together with the press conference with the Central Investigation Bureau and the Anti-Money Laundering Office on 27 October 2026 concerning certain shareholders of the Company.

The Company would like to highlight that the SEC announcement and the press conference relates only to legal actions against 3 shareholders of the Company and associated certain individuals. The Secretary-General of the SEC affirmed that the legal actions do not involve the Company itself, that trading in the Company’s shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) continues as normal and that there is no impact to the Company’s business operations or management. 

The Company continues to fully cooperate with the relevant regulatory authorities and will disclose to the SET any information that may have a material effect on the Company, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
