VGI Joins Forces with GMM GRAMMY, Sending the Power of Hope with Favourite Rocker, “Num Kala”

VGI PLC, the leader in Offline-to-Online Solutions across multiple platforms, further builds on its alliance with GMM Grammy, the number one content provider, by joining forces once again to launch the “Power of Hope” campaign to send a message of hope and inspiration to all Thais to overcome the COVID-19 crisis together through BTS Train Wrap of favourite rocker, Num Kala.

Announcing the launch of this campaign, Nelson Leung, CEO of VGI, said “Through this collaboration, we wish to send a message of hope to all Thais and lift up commuters’ spirits throughout their journeys by embedding music content on BTS Train Wrap advertising, which is an effective Business-to-Consumer (B2C) communication tool to capture attention and drive awareness of target urban commuters as well as to easily engage consumers with new content.”

A rock artist with a unique voice, Num Kala, has many hits throughout his 22 years in the music industry, including “Yark Kerd Pen Kon Lai Jai”, “Ter Pen Fan Chun Laew”, “Bork Sak Kum”, “Chai Chun Rue Plao”, “Ploi Mue Chun”, “Mai Ma Kor Kid Tung”, “Ror”, “Kor Pen Tua Luek” as well as hits from his latest solo album, JOY, which have topped the charts and have hundreds of millions of views on YouTube like “Jom” and “Glub Pai Korn Dai Mai”. Num has over 2.6 million followers on Facebook and has recently taken up a new role as a judge on the hit show, The Star Idol, on Channel ONE31.

The special BTS train x Num Kala will start running from 1 November onwards. Fans can participate in this campaign and take part in a special activity “Sending Hope Through To 2022” by taking a snap of themselves with the train and share to Facebook: gmmofficial or Num KALA or genie records with the Hashtags #NUMKALA #Thepowerofhope #JOY to win the JOY Set New Year’s gift lucky draw from Khun Num Kala.
