VGI Granted ASEAN Asset Class Award from ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard 2021

VGI PLC or VGI, the leader of Offline-to-Online (“O2O”) Solutions across multiple platforms, with a mission to create sustainable business for all stakeholders, the society and the environment was granted ASEAN Asset Class PLCs as part of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) 2021, conducted biennially by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) under the direction of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company was among 234 listed companies from six countries in the ASEAN region, namely, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, to be granted with the prestigious recognition, based on having 97.50 corporate governance scores and above. This year announcement was held online via Zoom from Manila, the Philippines.
