VGI Public Company Limited (“VGI”), a leading provider of Offline-to-Online (“O2O”) marketing solutions through diverse platforms, has announced its financial results for fiscal year 2024/25. The company reported total revenue from services and sales of THB 5,219 million, an increase of 8.4% compared to the previous year. This growth was mainly attributed to robust revenue increases in its advertising and digital services businesses, while revenue from distribution businesses remained stable. Consequently, the company achieved a net profit of THB 501 million, a significant turnaround from a net loss the previous year, marking a notable increase of 114.4% year-on-year.

The advertising business generated revenue of THB 2,416 million, up 14.7% from the previous year, primarily driven by increased revenue across all media categories, especially in mass transit advertising, where the utilization rate rose to 52%, up from 48% last year.

Revenue from digital services reached THB 1,646 million, an increase of 6.6% year-on-year, driven by higher interest income from RCash digital lending, which reported outstanding loans totaling THB 1,035 million, up 41.5%. Additionally, RCard generated higher revenue from transaction fees and Rabbit card sales, with active Rabbit cards reaching 19.6 million, a 10.5% increase. RCare also experienced growth in insurance commission income, with total policies increasing to 234,801, up 4.1%, comprising 72% motor insurance and 28% other types of insurance. This increase was partially offset by lower revenue from lead generation.

The distribution business reported revenue of THB 1,158 million, a slight decrease of 0.5% from the previous year. This decline was primarily due to reduced revenue from Fanslink, following a strategic shift away from selling foreign products to a greater emphasis on developing and selling its own-brand products to improve profitability. Nevertheless, this drop was offset by increased retail revenue from Turtle stores, where same-store sales rose by 9.3%. Additionally, the commercial space occupancy rate improved to 64.1%, up from 58.2% the previous year. As of March 2025, the total number of Turtle stores reached 27, up from 22 in March 2024.

Significant events in fiscal year 2024/25 included the issuance and sale of new shares to four investors, raising THB 13,208 million. The company also divested its entire stake in Roctec Global Public Company Limited (“ROCTEC”) to BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, raising an additional THB 2,191 million. These transactions boosted the company’s financial strength, providing total funds of THB 15,399 million.

As of 31 March 2025, VGI held cash, cash equivalents, and short-term financial assets totaling THB 21,395 million, representing 53.9% of total assets. This strong liquidity positions VGI for further investments in both existing and new business opportunities.

For fiscal year 2025/26, the company projects total revenue between THB 6,000 and 6,500 million, comprising 40% from advertising, 35% from digital services, and 25% from distribution businesses. Capital expenditure is capped at THB 1,000 million.

While Thailand’s economic growth is projected to moderate to 1.8% in 2025 from 2.5% in 2024 due to high household debt, a global economic slowdown, and US trade protectionism, VGI expects limited impact on its advertising business. Urban expansion and sustained domestic advertising spending are expected to continue driving growth. Moreover, the company has signed an agreement with Plan B Media Public Company Limited, who will manage the sales and marketing of VGI’s advertising media, aiming to boost revenues through unique new advertising products, enhanced operational efficiency, and better cost management. Additionally, VGI is focused on digital transformation to mitigate risks and will continue seeking investment opportunities to ensure sustained competitive advantage and growth.

The board approved a dividend payment of THB 0.013 per share for fiscal year 2024/25, with the record date for eligible shareholders set for 30 July 2025 and payment scheduled for 21 August 2025, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2025.
